Patrice Bart-Williams – born to a German mother and a Sierra Leonian father – is heavily influenced by Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley. Following four internationally successful albums and tours of truly biblical dimensions, Patrice will release his fifth collection of new songs in September 2010. As a gifted musician, singer and composer, Patrice brings things together in a way that creates a unit, combining classic Jamaican riddims with African 6/8-time elements, a classic folk paraphrasing meeting funk guitars and a refreshing approach to reggae and soul… This guy truly has an impressive feeling for melody and he’s a chameleon of styles. Check out the singles Clouds and Another One… sounds like Terence Trent d’Arby couldn’t have done this any better, doesn’t it? The new Patrice album, One, is out now, featuring the singles Walking Alone and Ain’t Got No! Follow mum’s advice: in order to avoid disappointment later on, please secure your tickets in time for this show!
