FOOTBALL CORNER

Good news for football fans: In collaboration with POST, selected FIFA World Cup matches will be broadcast live in our football corner at Luxexpo Open-Air on several event days.

Because choosing between concerts and football would be rude. 😊

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY OR DISABILITIES

A dedicated platform for visitors with reduced mobility is available and offers an excellent view of the stage.

Access to the platform is available from door opening and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We therefore recommend arriving early. There is no dedicated ticket category for visitors with disabilities. A standard General Admission ticket is sufficient.

Companions are welcome, subject to available space on the platform. Priority is always given to visitors with disabilities. Please note that accompanying persons must also hold a valid ticket.

Two close-by PMR car parks are available: Parking Gernsback (15 PMR parking spots) and Parking Luxexpo South (12 PMR parking spots). A valid PMR parking card is required to use these spaces.

Accessible toilets and wheelchair accessible bars are available on site.

Visitors who may experience difficulties standing for extended periods are welcome to bring a small foldable plastic stool to the General Admission area for their personal comfort.

A limited number of Kulturpass tickets are available for each show, with a maximum of one ticket per person. Kulturpass ticket holders must present a valid Kulturpass and a valid ID at the box office on the day of the event.

PHOTO & VIDEO RECORDING

Professional cameras and photography equipment are not permitted without prior written authorization from the artist’s management or record label. Video and audio recording devices are also prohibited and may be confiscated by the artist’s tour management or the promoter.

Smartphones are welcome, and we know you’ll want to capture a few memories from the night. That said, we encourage everyone to be mindful and respectful of both the artists on stage and the people around you. Enjoy the moment, avoid blocking the view of others, and remember that the best concert memories are often the ones that live on in your head.

MINIMUM AGE

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 5 and over are welcome on site. All children require their own ticket.

Newborns and children under the age of 5 are not permitted, as concerts can be loud, crowded and physically demanding environments.

Parents and accompanying adults are responsible for determining whether the event is suitable for the children in their care. Factors such as crowd density, noise levels, weather conditions, heat and sun exposure should be carefully considered. Appropriate hearing protection is strongly recommended for all children.
