The Black Crowes

at den Atelier Doors: 7:00 pm

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Turbulent though the Black Crowes’ career has been, no other band of the ’90s can approach them when it comes to delivering fiery, blues-based rock and roll in the tradition of the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the early Stones. The Black Crowes have a proud connection to the legacy of traditional American music forms, an organic outgrowth of their own Southern heritage. The band’s first two albums alone, 1990’s Shake Your Money Maker and 1992’s The Southern Harmony And Musical Companion, have been sold in excess of 10 million copies worldwide. You wouldn’t want to count the following ones… Be fast as hell to grab your tix and, hell!, be prepared to meet “The Most Rock ‘N Roll Rock ‘N Roll Band In The World” (Melody Maker). They are quite simply a must to see live.
